Important: By subscribing to NG4IT Solutions VPS hosting services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. VPS hosting requires technical expertise, and customers are responsible for server administration.

NG4IT Solutions provides Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting services that include:

We guarantee 99.5% infrastructure uptime monthly. This covers our network, hardware, and datacenter infrastructure but does not include issues caused by customer configuration or software.

Scheduled maintenance windows may occur monthly during off-peak hours. Customers will receive at least 48 hours notice for planned maintenance that affects service availability.
