Important: By using NG4IT Solutions cloud hosting services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your subscription.

1. Service Description

NG4IT Solutions provides cloud hosting services that include but are not limited to:

We guarantee 99.9% network uptime on a monthly basis. If we fail to meet this commitment, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA policy.

Cloud hosting services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due on the anniversary date of service activation each month.

Services may be suspended if payment is not received within 7 days of the due date. A late fee of $25 or 5% of the outstanding amount (whichever is greater) may be applied.

4. Resource Usage and Limits

While our cloud hosting plans come with generous resource allocations, all usage must comply with our fair use policy. Excessive resource consumption that affects other customers may result in service limitations or upgrade requirements.

Each plan includes specified amounts of storage and monthly bandwidth. Overages will be billed at standard rates:

We perform automated daily backups of all customer data. Backups are retained for 30 days and stored in geographically diverse locations.

While we provide backup services, customers are responsible for maintaining their own additional backups and ensuring data integrity of their applications.

8.1 Plan Changes

Customers may upgrade or downgrade their hosting plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

8.2 Service Updates

We regularly update our platform with security patches, performance improvements, and new features. Critical updates may require brief service interruptions, which will be communicated in advance.

9. Termination and Cancellation

9.1 Customer Termination

Customers may cancel their service at any time by providing 30 days written notice. No refunds will be provided for prepaid services unless required by law.

9.2 Service Provider Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for violations of these terms, non-payment, or activities that compromise our infrastructure or other customers.

9.3 Data Retention

Upon termination, customer data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion to allow for data recovery if needed.

10. Limitation of Liability

NG4IT Solutions' liability is limited to the monthly service fee paid by the customer. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

We are committed to protecting customer privacy and comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR. Our privacy policy details how we collect, use, and protect customer information.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where NG4IT Solutions is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with local arbitration rules.
